For more than 33 years, Jeff has designed, developed, leased and managed institutional quality industrial and commercial properties. He has developed more than 6.4 million square feet of commercial and hundreds of acres of residential property. Highlights include development of a 52-acre institutional quality, multi-tenant business park with a prominent international private equity investor, a business park with an international industrial real estate investment trust, an industrial park partnered with a large international private office and several $30-$50 million developments with U.S. Life Insurance companies.
Jeff was a member of a development partnership with Fidelity Investments on a 130,000 square-foot office building in Houston, which completely leased and then sold. He also developed the 52-acre Beltway at Bammel Business Park in Houston, part of which became the NOV corporate campus.
Jeff is an active member of NAIOP and served on the Houston chapter board of directors. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Greater Houston Builders Association-Developers Council, past chairman of the Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals of Houston, and a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He holds a BS in Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
